What a fantastic experience. I accompanied my brother while he had major work done on his teeth. The team at New Smile worked quickly to accommodate our last minute plans and tight return deadlines. Dr Nis is dedicated and caring and the work she did on my brother’s teeth in a few short days seemed nothing short of a miracle! What a transformation! He now smiles with confidence and was adamant that despite many days work he was in no pain.

I watched the team work on his teeth and they pay so much attention to detail and work with precision and care. I only had a clean done but after avoiding the dentist for more than 10 years I was nervous to say the least. The team worked quickly and made me feel comfortable and in safe hands. I totally recommend this clinic and all staff for treating me as they did and for the services they provided for my teeth. If you are not lazy to read, here is why I give this recommendation and 5 stars.
Knowing myself I can say that i am definitely a difficult patient. My teeth were neglected because of dentist-phobia I developed the past years after a bad experience which led to losing my front tooth. I honestly thought that none could take care of my teeth and that i would not let anyone go near my mouth anymore. Problems start ex to add up and i am still 33 years old so i had to do sth about it. I read about dentists in Thailand (I am coming from Greece btw) and some good reviews led me to New smile dentists clinic. After asking a million questions i felt comfortable and proceeded to the treatment (in case i was not convinced i would definitely continue to search for another clinic). I got 5 crowns, one root canal treatment, removed one tooth that was fractured and put veneers in 8 front teeth. We did 7 or 8 sessions in 10 working days (two weeks). I will not lie, It was NOT easy. BUT Those pple are VERY CLEAN and professional and they work like its choreography. Their equipment is cutting edge tech! From start to finish i felt and i was in good hands that cared for me. I cannot thank them enough! From the pple working in the front desk, the dental assistants and of course the dentists!

My life has changed for the better definitely. THANK YOU!

What a wonderful experience! I have been a terrible dental patient because of fear and breathing problems, but that is in the past. The turn-around came when I visited New Smile Dentists in Patong. While on holiday in Phuket, a friend gave a glowing recommendation of New Smile, so I gave them a go. Everyone (that is, absolutely everyone) was delightful. All the staff speak excellent English (and some other languages as well) so communication was not a problem. I had two procedures; both were trouble free and without the usual stress. The work done was of an extremely high standard – I couldn’t be happier! As with most things, the cost was so much better than at home. Just had two wisdoms out, 3 filings and a clean. Dr Nat was so professional and quick I was in and out in an hour and a half between two sessions. Still half the price of Australia too. The ladies at the front are very helpful.

Dr Nis and her team are so friendly and professional. I was extremely nervous about getting my porcelain veneers but they made me feel at ease straight away. I visited Promjai in July 2017 to have some implants done and to get some advice on rehabilitation of my teeth.
Prior to my visit, I had visited another clinic, but was not entirely happy with their approach, suggestions and treatment plan.
The treatment Promjai suggested made a lot of sense and was well explained.
The dentist and her team did an excellent job with a minimum of discomfort for me.
All staff was a pleasure to deal with – everybody was friendly and knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease through the whole process.

I can not speak highly enough of the level of treatment I received at the Promjai Dental Clinic in Patong, all the staff were very professional and friendly.

I have flown to Phuket twice for dental work and a holiday at the same time.
Both times, after much research, I went to Phuket Promjai Dental Clinic, with the highly competent Dr. Nis.
The staff and the dentist are all female, all wonderful, professional and speak a high level of English. I have had multiple ceramic veneers and crowns, removal of old fillings, addition of new white fillings, cleaning etc. and the cost was at least 60%
Cheaper than in Australia.
I’m very happy with the results and have not had any problems after the dental work. First trip was in Nov 2016 and recently in July 2017.
I recommended the Dr. Nis to a friend who came with me on my second trip to have extensive dental work.

In my long life I encountered a whole lot of dentists, in the Netherlands, in England and in Thailand. I often got the impression, that some aspects of their study curriculum is: tell the poor patient that you are the best DDS in the wide surroundings and then proceed with some sadistic practices. This will also mean that all those colleagues will be remembered as SM practitioners and not as sadistic medical practitioners, receiving a number of negative critiques.

Therefore I feel obliged to send a positive remark:
Dr.Woranis is an exception, who omitted to mention that she is the absolute best (but I feel that she is), and on top of that she has an excellent bedside manner, making the victim of the moment almost happy to be in that chair.
And on top of that she is the best looking dentist that ever sported around in my oral cavity. You are there lying helpless under those lights and almost forget that you are supposed to be suffering, while the only thing you can do is stare upwards in her beautiful eyes.
And now I have so many implants that i am considering to feel sorry for myself, that maybe I will never need a dentist again

Fourteen months ago I went to Promjai for the 1st time after they were recommended to me by my Manager here at work in Balcatta, Perth Western Australia.
I had an extraction done & an implant post inserted into the extracted tooth area. I then had to wait until at least 6 months for the post to settle & make sure everything was ok.
My wife had 4 front crowns done & was very pleased with the work that was done.
This month ( June 2017 ) we both returned for a holiday in Phuket & I had the rest of the implant finished.
I had a back molar that had been broken off & I was told by 2 dentists in Perth that the rest of the tooth would have to be removed. After my implant was finished, I asked Dr Nat to have a look at my molar. He said that a post & crown could be put on the molar to save the tooth. This was then carried out to my satisfaction & to a very professional standard.
I can’t speak highly enough of Promjai from the moment you walk in the door you are treated in a professional & caring manner. The equipment is modern, good sterilization used & many friendly staff. Whilst I was waiting in the Waiting Room a man came in to see if something could be done for his wife as she broke off a tooth the night before & wanted something done for her before flying back to Australia the next day. This lady was given an appointment immediately, no trouble at all.
I was very sceptical about getting dental work done in Phuket but it came to the crunch after a few outlandish quotes I was given by my previous dentist here in Perth. I found Promjai very cost effective against the costs of the same work in Australia. Promjai are a very professional dental clinic in Patong on the beachfront & are very keen to be of service to you.
