I visited New Smile Dentist in May 2023 and now in July I am still very happy with the service I received at New Smile Dentists and the results.
All of the staff are very friendly and accomodating. Dr Nis (Woranis Petchsuphamit) and her team were incredible answering all of my questions, they were very patient and gentle during the procedures.
I had cleaning, whitening, a new night guard, 1 crown and 7 veneers over a few days. The time they spent answering my questions really reduced any anxiety that I had. During the procedures they communicated really well and were very gentle. I would say that it was the most gentle and relaxing dental experience I have ever had.
I was travelling with a friend and they booked him in for cleaning and whitening on short notice with no issues.
I will definitely be back when needed and would happily recommend Dr Nis and the team to friends and family.

Large back filling came out, walked in to New Smile the next morning, no problem in fitting me in, a quick and brilliant job. Absolutely brilliant. Great value/Cheap and professional. Well done.

I cannot recommend this dental clinic highly enough. I paid a high price in Australia through COVID to get my dentures and they totally botched the job. They made the teeth too short, my top lip was longer than my teeth and this made my face look out of place. I lost my smile and my top lip disappeared. I ended up with a very strong lisp as well.
I decided to go to this clinic in Patong. They were double the price to most in Thailand but it was worth every cent.
My dentist created a new top denture and used photos of me when my teeth were good to get an idea of what I wanted. He gave me back my smile, I have lips again and my face is back in proportion.
The Australian dentist wanted to charge me to fix his bad workmanship but the Thai dentist wasn’t happy until the job was done right. Massive improvement.

I highly recommend this dental clinic. I was super impressed with the high level of service and professionalism. Im not fond of dentists as I Iget anxious but I got two crowns and teeth whitening and the staff were brilliant. The quality of the work was impeccable and my dentist nis is her name talked me through each procedure and was a perfectionist in doing an amazing job! It cost me half the price I was quoted in oz ! Very happy and will definitely go back again 😃

Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had major work done and the staff walked me through the process, made sure I was comfortable and understood the procedure. The final result was amazing and I can finally smile again. Would recommend anyone coming to Thailand for dental work to check them out.

Very professional and friendly punctual team of dentists! I strongly recommend this practice to anyone! I will definitely go back. I had an old filling in my right, lower molar crumble & eventually disintegrate a month or so before travelling to Phuket. There are a LOT of dentists available in Patong, but I hit the jackpot going to New Smile. I didn't need any cosmetic work done, just a repair &/or replace my filling. I got a walk-in appointment & checkup done by the owner. She was experienced & just lovely. There was also no charge for the review, & no obligation to continue. I liked that. In Australia, that would cost you $100 alone. It was recommended to get an xray done (only 200Baht) to confirm there was no rot below the damaged filling. Good advice & it was certainly not a money-spinner for them. I felt reassured & I was booked in a few days later. I had a full scale & clean, as well as having the old hole prepared for the new filling. It was a painless, covid-safe, & professional experience. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this dental clinic & also going back myself next time. 🙏🏼 🇹🇭

Excellent service and location. Went for a teeth cleaning, the price was good compared to Europe. The hygienist was very careful and did a good job.

Had a routine check-up in April 2022, in general the clinic is clean and well equipped and staff are friendly and speak good English. But...
I've got 5 fillings done in this surgery and 2 months later I can't eat anything too warm or too cold as two of the fillings in different teeth are extremely sensitive even to touch! I have never had such issues before and I think 2 fillings out of 5 with a problem is not a good track record. When I complained to the doctor a day later, he mentioned this is normal at first and it will fix itself. I wish I could some back and fix it, but sadly I've left the island already.
Price wise, they are similar to other established dental practices in Phuket, so no issues there.

Great experience. Messaged the clinic on Google at 9 am and they booked two of is in for an 11am appointment that day. The Dentist owner was great to get along with and gave us a great clean. Would recommend to anyone wanting a dentist in Patong.
